Scientific Study of Unidentified Flying Objects, Vol. 1 (Condon Report, DTIC AD0680975)
Study · written January 1969 · released January 1969
Why this matters
The University of Colorado study, led by physicist Edward Condon, that concluded further UFO study was unlikely to advance science and led directly to the end of Project Blue Book in December 1969. Its case chapters are more equivocal than its summary. DTIC's own site was in maintenance mode when we checked, so this links the Internet Archive's DTIC mirror (volumes 2 and 3 are AD0680976 and AD0680977).
